    Therapy Approaches

    My therapy is tailored to meet each individual's needs with a variety of different tools and approaches. This means we will work both with your thoughts and beliefs (top-down) and your body and feelings (bottom-up). Below you can find some of the approaches I draw from most frequently. However, everything I do is centered around you and your experience, so we will go at your pace and focus on what feels most helpful for you.
